“ Este Restaurante voltou a ser apetecivel, renovou a sua loiça, a comida é gostosa, pratos bem servidos e o vinho da casa "Pias" é de paladar bem aceitável. O menu dos pratos do dia compensa, em rapidez de serviço, em preço, sabor e apresentação. É para voltar mais vezes... ”
“ Foi uma surpresa agradável quase sem visibilidade e estacionamento difícil. Duas salas de café e refeições. Acesso a deficientes possível com alguma ajuda. Pratos de carne e peixe sem exageros, sabor tradicional mas agradável. Colaborador na sala simpático, bastante concorrido na hora de almoço. Tudo incluido no menu, entre 8 e 10€. Tábuas de queijos e enchidos de muito boa qualidade. Um espaço generoso para as suas refeições diárias, para a sua festa de anos ou dos seus pequerruchos, um bom almoço ou jantar com amigos, celebrações de empresas, datas especiais como o Dia da Mulher, etc. Sítio sossegado com esplanada, estacionamento à frente e um grande parque nas traseiras. O preço é bastante acessível. Se vive ou está de passagem por Castelo Branco, não deixe de experimentar. Vai voltar certamente. Recomendo. ”
“ Prata de Dia €7.75 included olives, bread, a carafe of house wine (or another drink like beer, soda or water), choice of 3 main courses, dessert and coffee, soup was optional at an extra cost, but we chose to not have it, and we didn't need it, the meal was enough. It was on our table within 5 minutes of us ordering. I had baccalau (a white fish, similar to cod in texture) this was fried in a light, tempura type batter, with softened onions and served with home cooked crisps (which is traditional) and lettuce. My only complaint is that the serving plate was swimming in olive oil. My partner had pork leg escalope, this had a lovely flavour and was tender, served with the usual chips and rice and lettuce. Dessert choices were either a traditional custard based flan like creme caramel, a milk pudding, or another regional pudding of milk, egg and polenta, I had a the coconut mousse. The waitress and waiter were lovely, not too fussy, and helped us understand the menu. I would return and recommend this place. ”
